Good to know

Do I need a gym?

No. We write your program around what you have, whether that's a full gym, a home setup or a few dumbbells. Tell us what you've got in the form.

How long is a block?

Training runs in 12-week blocks and renews automatically. Give 2 weeks' notice if you're not renewing.

How do I pay?

Pay upfront, or weekly or fortnightly in instalments.

Would I be better off face to face?

You can also add a one-on-one session with us in our Logan studio every week or fortnight. See face-to-face coaching, or mention it in the form and we'll talk you through the options.

Does filling this in sign me up?

No. This is just to register your interest. Nothing is booked or paid until you've had a chat with us and decided to go ahead.

These questions come from the Adult Pre-exercise Screening System (APSS) and help us keep you safe. Answering yes doesn't stop you training. It just means we may ask you to check in with your doctor first.

Are you pregnant, or have you had a baby in the last 12 months?
